OUR COMMITMENT. The talented staff at Izabella strives
to meet your every expectation. If you are not completely
satisfied, please call within 7 days of your service and
we will do our best to accommodate you.
RESERVATIONS. Spa services are available by appointment
on a daily basis. Please call in advance to assure availability.
A credit card is required to place a spa reservation.
ARRIVE EARLY. We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior
to your appointment to allow ample time to change and
prepare for your spa experience.
LATE ARRIVALS. In fairness to our other clients, we regret
that late arrivals will not receive an extension and will
be responsible for full service fees.
GUEST CANCELLATION. A 24-hour cancellation notice is
greatly appreciated. We reserve the right to charge a
50% fee for a cancellation less than 24-hours and a 100%
fee for a no-show.
ATTIRE. For Izabella Day Spa services, you are escorted
into your changing room where robes, sandals, towels,
essential amenities, and a locker are all provided for
you.
JEWELRY. We suggest you leave all valuables at home.
COMFORT. Please refrain from waxing or shaving prior
to any treatments involving exfoliation “e.g., peels,
salt glows, scrubs”. These treatments are not recommended
on sunburn, rashes, or skin sores.
CELLPHONES AND PAGERS. Out of consideration to other
guests, please turn off cell phones and pagers. Cell phone
use is not permitted in the spa area.
CHILDREN AND TEENS. To help create the most relaxing
atmosphere possible, we ask that you do not bring children.
The minimum age requirement for services is 16 and all
minors must have an adult accompany them during their
spa services.
PAYMENT. We accept all major credit cards and personal
checks. Gratuities are welcome and appreciated. All gift
certificate sales are final.
